What we do

What we pour

Driveways

Driveways

New driveways and extensions, sized for how you actually park. Tell us if an RV, a trailer or a work truck will sit on it so we plan the thickness.

Patios

Patios

Backyard patios for seating, grills and covered areas, sloped away from the house so water does not pool against the wall.

Walkways & side yards

Walkways & side yards

Front walks, side-yard paths and the strips nobody wants to weed anymore.

Concrete with turf joints

Concrete with turf joints

Square concrete pads with strips of artificial turf between them. We pour the concrete and install the turf.

Our process

How a pour goes

  1. Measure and price

We come out, measure, talk through what you want and give you a price.

  2. Dig and compact the base

We excavate to depth, grade for drainage and compact. This step decides whether the slab lasts.

  3. Forms and reinforcement

Forms set the shape and the slope. Reinforcement goes in before the truck arrives.

  4. Pour, finish and clean up

We place the concrete, finish the surface, cut control joints, strip the forms and clean the site.

Pricing

What changes the price

We do not quote by the square foot over the phone, because these are the things that move the number. We check each one at your free estimate.

  • Square footage and shape
  • Thickness, especially if heavy vehicles will park on it
  • Whether old concrete or asphalt has to come out first
  • How easy it is to get a truck or wheelbarrows to the pour
  • Grading or drainage work the site needs
  • The finish you want

Service area

Concrete contractor for Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga and Upland

We pour residential concrete across the west end of the Inland Empire. The estimate happens at your property and it is free.

Ontario

From the older streets near downtown to the new tracts in Ontario Ranch. Original driveways get replaced or widened, and new backyards get their first patio.

Rancho Cucamonga

Alta Loma, Etiwanda and the neighborhoods between them. Lots here run toward the foothills, so grading and drainage are part of almost every pour.

Upland

Older Upland homes often have a narrow original driveway. We widen them and pour new walks and patios to match.

Montclair

Driveways, patios and side-yard concrete, minutes from Ontario and Upland.

Claremont

New patios and walkways for Claremont homes, just over the line from Upland.

Not on the list? Call (951) 880-7573 and ask. If you are close, we will likely come out.

Old concrete in the way?

If there is a cracked or sunken slab where the new one is going, we break it out and haul it off as part of the same job.

Common questions

How soon can I walk or drive on new concrete?

As a general rule you can walk on it after a day or two and park regular cars on it after about a week. Concrete keeps gaining strength for about a month, so hold off on heavy vehicles until then. We give you exact guidance for your pour.

How thick should a driveway be?

Four inches is typical for a residential driveway carrying cars and pickups. If you park an RV, a loaded trailer or a heavy work truck, it should be thicker. Tell us what will sit on it.

Will my new concrete crack?

All concrete can develop hairline cracks as it cures and as the ground moves. A well-compacted base and properly spaced control joints keep cracking small and in the joints, where you do not notice it.

Do I need a permit?

It depends on your city and the job. Work that touches the sidewalk, curb or driveway approach usually needs city approval. We go over this at the estimate.

Can I supply my own materials?

Yes. We offer labor-only installation for homeowners who want to buy their own materials.

Which cities does this cover?

This page covers Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, Upland, Montclair and Claremont. We also work in Fontana, Chino and Hesperia. If you are nearby, call and ask.
